When a Physical Exam Is Still Needed
While telehealth is a great tool, some situations require an in-person visit so we can perform a physical examination or diagnostic tests.
We’ll always let you know when this is necessary.
In-person care is required for:
Emergencies or rapidly worsening symptoms (Emergency & Critical Care)
Vaccinations and preventive care
New illnesses, lumps, injuries, or ear/skin issues
Diagnostic imaging or lab testing
If your pet needs to be seen, we’ll book an in-clinic or home visit for seamless continuity of care.
